 RENT CONTRACT |
Before you decide to become our customer, will you please carefully read the below specified enclosure, containing the main information and obligations from the "Rent contract" which you, as the beneficiary of our services have to respect:
- All our vehicle are insured with Third party liability insurance what means that you are protected against liability that might arise by causing damage, death or injury to other people. It does not cover loss off or demage to the rental vehicle if you as a driver are responsible;
- However, for the additional, symbolic fee you can insure your vehicle up to 100% of the value of the incurred damage, thus reducing your risk to 0%;
- The rent prize doesn't include fuel, the vehicle is rented and given back with full fuel tank;
- You can take over the vehicle in any town in the Republic of Croatia, in case it's outside of the territory of the Commune of Dubrovnik, the delivery service is charged according to the price list in force;
